I learned how to get good at something!

I have been a passionate and active person since childhood. I wanted to do everything and never miss anything. I used to think this was a gift and I could do anything. But I was wrong. I learned that you could do anything but not everything. It was hard to accept this as I have always wanted to do everything.

Often, I started to learn or do any task, and after some time, I would either give up or change my interest to anything else. It was not because I couldn’t do it or was not hardworking enough. It was patience I was missing.

You Can Do Anything But Not Everything. Prioritize Better.

I used to take on a task, and after some time, I would feel that I was not getting any results or progress and would drop that task, thinking I was not meant to do this. But this thought changed after I started training for boxing. I excelled in it with hard work, persistence, and patience. I excelled in this because I could see the results from the first day, which kept me motivated to keep going.

In life, you need to find things that you like and things that show your development because both these things go hand in hand to excel in a particular field. If you want a thing and work super hard without seeing any development, you won’t keep doing it for a long time. Similarly, if you see massive development in a field but don’t like it, you will get bored eventually. The only way to do spectacular in any field is to find the perfect balance how much you like it and how much visual result you can see from it.
